Telus Storyhive Pitch
We are currently pitching to Telus Storyhive funding to create our project called The Talent Stealer. The funding will allow us to create a short film and an Immersive companion that will be viewed in Virtual Reality.
Synopsis:
The near future. Our protagonist Erika Foster, a beautiful young woman, attends an underground high-end auction for illegal items of high value. Erika intends to steal an item up for auction using her unique talent and memory absorbing abilities.
Also in attendance is Daniel, an ex-military now mercenary-for-hire, his mission is to obtain the same item at any cost. However the auction does not go as planned when Erika is discovered as a talent stealer, an elite group of shadowy individuals trained to use their latent neuro-aptitude abilities. This forces Erika and Daniel into action, using their physical combat skills to both obtain the item and secure
their escape. Although briefly working together each are determined not to fail in their mission, leaving the fate of one in question...
